Company takes precautions to protect Personal Information. When customers submit Personal Information via the Website, it is protected both online and offline. Whenever Company collects sensitive Personal Information (such as credit card data) that you voluntarily provide to us, your financial information will be stored in encrypted form on secure servers of our Electronic Health Record system and associated Payment Gateway Service Provider who is obligated to treating your Personal Information in accordance with this Privacy Policy Statement.

Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, customer service) are granted access to Personal Information.
